The Secret Function of a Tool You Have
Internet Marketing requires skills in writing and publishing a lot of origional content. You are probably already becoming a skilled relationship builder online. Maybe you are publishing blogs, writing newsletters and I hope you are posting articles in article repositories like eZineArticles.com
I am about to tell you a secret that, when active marketers find this out they very often get very excited.
By the way, if you already know this, sorry I gave out your secret.
This secret speeds up your content creation and lets you get much more mileage from one good article. You see, you should not use the exact same article in multiple places because Google does not like duplicate content. Plus, it often violates the rules of sites like Hubpages, Squidoo, etc.
So you can rewrite your article several times, or you can just make Microsoft do it for you.
In Microsoft Word there is an option under Tools. It is called auto summarize. If you just take your article and have it auto-summarize the article, it will rewrite it and shorten it. While it defaults to 25%, you can set it for 90% to get a nearly full length rewrite.
You could write a rather verbose version of your article and then have it summarized at different percentages and end up with many versions of an article.
Of course, make sure you reread each version and it is always good to shift around the order of things a bit on some of them (one of the reasons bullet points are great.)
There is great article spinning software out there as well, but unless you are needing many versions daily, the MS Word auto summarizer will do the trick for you. Play around with it and see what I mean. The more results you can get from one good article, the better your time is being used.

Great information!
