If you have looked at the iLearningGlobal Compensation package, you will have had the same reaction I did.

In fact, I have had conversations with three different prospective members just today and all of them brought up the same issue.

So why did I join with such a bad payout?

Vision of the Future, that is why.

3% is what you make from your first level of members, and if you only ever sell a few memberships, it is hardly worth your time.  But iLearningGlobal pays out up to 60% total if you look at the payout at all levels plus potential bonuses.

So I see that if I sell 50 this year, I will be doing OK.

If Each of my 50 sell 5 or more, I will be doing very well.

And if some of those people sell some, the numbers start to get very big.

The question about the payout is not a question of the percentage.  It is a question of your commitment.  Are you willing to do the up front work to set up an iLearning Global system for lead generation that will grow your iLearningGlobal team rapidly?  If so, you will be looking at the big picture.  If not, then you should sign up for great training but not concern yourself with being a marketer.

I do not buy hype.  If you have ever asked me questions via phone or email you know that I am very practical and do not hype it up.  My goal is to sell one or more new memberships each week, and I am beating that goal so far.  I do not expect to break even until the 4 month mark, and I expect to make fairly good money by the end of 12 months.

I have people ask me for guarantees.  Of course I cannot guarantee anything other than you will not break even in the first month unless you know a lot of people that do anything you tell them.  However, I can promise you that the tools we use do work at generating a steady amount of leads and we want our team members to be successful, so we try to help as much as we can.

Since there is no long term commitment, you should join iLearning Global for a while and see if you like it.  Personally, I love having a high-quality, high-value product that I feel good about offering to people and I do not have to maintain.

If you want to join a team that is hyping iLearning Global and making promises that they cannot keep, we are not the team.  If you want to join an iLearningGlobal team that is helpful, realistic and getting results steadily, then we are the team for you.

PS:  Some members are enjoying the Internet Marketing information and coaching from me (FREE) as much as the iLearningGlobal training.  Think of that as a juicy bonus.

Being successful with iLearning Global, or any MLM for that matter, means you have to know what the challenges are and address them all along the way.

A novice might think - If I could just get people to my website I could make more sales and make more money.  Yet you might look at the person’s website and think that it would never generate a sale - no matter how much traffic it gets.

You see, the entire thing is a work flow, and the work flow is only as good as your weakest point.

Selling iLearning Global is challenging in many ways.  Because I sell it online, I do not have the luxury to talk to people up front and convince them.  The flow needs to be good.  Here is the work flow for our iLearning Global process that generates daily leads and weekly multiple subscribers.

iLearning Global is a legitimate income opportunity, but unless you have a strong network of people, it is unlikely to replace your income in too short of a time.  If you have been laid off or lost your job, anything you do to try to build back your income should include multiple approaches.

iLearning Global can help you on the training side, for example.  The videos are inspirational as well as concrete in how to improve yourself, your image and get better results and build a more successful life.

From the aspect of replacing your lost income, do not take just one, linear approach.  Here are a variety of things you can do.

1. Join iLearning Global and resell it if you have a decent network of people you know or Internet Marketing know-how.
2. Continue to seek a job in your field.
3. Generate income on the Internet through various avenues - AdWords, Affiliate Sales, Resale Opportunities, Freelance Work and developing your own products and selling them.
4. Find part time work that will help you financially, and might help you grow your network that you can leverage for other opportunities.
5. Participate in online conversations that might lead to job opportunities
6. Update your LinkedIn profile.

Keep in mind that the only quick, complete replacement for your job is likely to be another job or a big client willing to pay you the equivalent of a salary in consulting fees.  If you do something in a work at home model, such as iLearning Global, you have minimal expenses and huge potential, but it is not a quick way to generate income for most people.  It is a way build a long term, reoccuring and steady revenue stream that eventually takes little effort on your part.
