In fact, I have had conversations with three different prospective members just today and all of them brought up the same issue.
So why did I join with such a bad payout?
Vision of the Future, that is why.
3% is what you make from your first level of members, and if you only ever sell a few memberships, it is hardly worth your time. But iLearningGlobal pays out up to 60% total if you look at the payout at all levels plus potential bonuses.
So I see that if I sell 50 this year, I will be doing OK.
If Each of my 50 sell 5 or more, I will be doing very well.
And if some of those people sell some, the numbers start to get very big.
The question about the payout is not a question of the percentage. It is a question of your commitment. Are you willing to do the up front work to set up an iLearning Global system for lead generation that will grow your iLearningGlobal team rapidly? If so, you will be looking at the big picture. If not, then you should sign up for great training but not concern yourself with being a marketer.
I do not buy hype. If you have ever asked me questions via phone or email you know that I am very practical and do not hype it up. My goal is to sell one or more new memberships each week, and I am beating that goal so far. I do not expect to break even until the 4 month mark, and I expect to make fairly good money by the end of 12 months.
I have people ask me for guarantees. Of course I cannot guarantee anything other than you will not break even in the first month unless you know a lot of people that do anything you tell them. However, I can promise you that the tools we use do work at generating a steady amount of leads and we want our team members to be successful, so we try to help as much as we can.
Since there is no long term commitment, you should join iLearning Global for a while and see if you like it. Personally, I love having a high-quality, high-value product that I feel good about offering to people and I do not have to maintain.
If you want to join a team that is hyping iLearning Global and making promises that they cannot keep, we are not the team. If you want to join an iLearningGlobal team that is helpful, realistic and getting results steadily, then we are the team for you.
