I am very please to give you this update about iLearning Global.  Tonight John became our 5th member, which means my goal now is to help all of you grow your networks.  I will do that by continuing to update the learning network (many new things added today), generate leads and creating better sales support for you.

It is important that I am transparent and lay out this time line for you.  When I signed up I had low expectations.  I set a goal to sign up one new person every week.  I did not think that I would make it every week, but it is important to set goals.

Here is how things went for me.

• Nov. 17th I joined iLearning Global
• Nov. 19th I set up the website/blog
• Nov. 20th We were #1 in Google for the search term iLearning Global
• Nov. 21st I added eBook and AutoResponder to generate leads.
• Nov. 24th First phone call from website visitor
• Nov. 25th First person Signed up
• Dec. 5th – 5th person signed up.

As you can see, something that I though woud take 5 weeks took just 2 weeks after a brief set up.  It is all about building an engine to generate leads for you.

There are two viable options, and you can do both if you want.  One is how I do things with writing and getting listed well in search engines.  Building an expert site is what it is called and it does take effort, but as you can see, it does not take too much effort.  And since you can use a lot of what I have done, you can set things up quicker.

The other way, if you have more money than time, is to make a landing page and drive traffic to it with Google Adwords.  This means you are paying per click, but it is very effective if you have a budget.  Look at what other people are doing by clicking on their ads.  You will see that they all pretty much do the same thing because that is what works.

I will be adding more and more things in the network to help you generate more leads.  My big challenge now is to figure out the best way to motivate and help all of you without being too pushy.  Please keep in mind that I want to push new leads down into your networks, but only if I see that you are actively promoting and managing your network.  I’d hate to push someone down to you and have them get ignored and loose interest.

I am here to help.  Do not hesitate to ask me for things and let me know how to improve.  You can see from the time line that I am new to this too.  However, I think we are obviously the top group right now in building an expert resource about how to promote iLearning Global and I expect the leads to continue to increase.
