Just released:  iLearningGlobal Premium and iLearningGlobal EDGE

If you are joining iLearningGlobal to make money, you MUST join the premium program for $20 per month more, at the very least.  The reason is that you get 100% of the extra $20 from the people that join below you and that means you can make much more money with iLearningGlobal Premium than you could with the traditional program.

The iLearningGlobal EDGE program is great for consultants and business coaches that want to sell true business building training and programs.  I have not joined iLearningGlobal EDGE yet, but someone I know has and I will be asking for his reaction to the EDGE program in the coming weeks.

The good thing is that you get a very nice commission from iLearningGlobal EDGE if you are 1) taking it yourself or 2) have more than 5 members in your downline.  No problem for me. 

iLearningGlobal is a great product.  However, is it a must have for everyone?

Absolutely not.  iLearningGlobal is best for the following people.

1. iLearningGlobal is great if you spend money and time regularly on personal development.
2. You will enjoy iLearningGlobal if you regularly watch personal development videos.
3. iLearningGlobal will be very beneficial to you if you do sales training for yourself or for your sales team.
4. iLearningGlobal is great for business owners that want to improve how they run their business.
5. iLearningGlobal as an income opportunity is great for people that believe they can sell a good training product to some people - and help their team sell iLearning Global to a few people.
6. iLearningGlobal.TV is fantastic if you are a business coach, a trainer, a speaker or a consultant because it is a great add-on package to your list of products and services.
7. iLearningGlobal is great for network marketers that already have a list of people that enjoy doing network marketing.  With no products - iLearningGlobal is a low hassle income opportunity.

I am sure there are other iLearningGlobal perfect audiences, but these are the ones I am finding.

What is not in the iLearningGlobal Marketing Plan currently is the fact that there are three strategies you can follow that all work and are valid for building your iLearningGlobal downline.  Here is what they are.

1. iLearningGlobal Marketing to Friends and Family - Because iLearningGlobal is an MLM, the first thought you have is to market it to your friends and family and close business connections.  I did try to market it to 20 carefully selected people I knew and one joined.  However, I do not like this kind of marketing and it is not what I do.
2. iLearningGlobal Marketing on the Internet - I prefer to have people that are already interested in the product find me and decide for themselves that we are the best iLearning Global team for them to join by doing their own research.  This strategy works very well for me and I add people to my team every week.
3. iLearningGlobal Fishing Trips - Another iLearningGlobal Independent Marketer I know has a different and effective approach.  He works many months on selling iLearningGlobal to people that have big networks.  At first he seemed to be making no progress, but when he finally landed one of his big fish, he got many people joining his iLearningGlobal team almost instantly.

There may be other ways to sell iLearningGlobal.  I see a lot of people on the web doing the pay per click method - but for me that is really an expensive way to get people into your downline.  Whatever you choose, be sure to write out your iLearningGlobal Marketing Plan and set goals.  Measure everything and work towards your goals and remember there are different ways to sell iLearningGlobal and you have to choose what works best for you.

One challenge people have with iLearningGlobal as well as any thing they do is that they loose motivation after the inital excitement wears off.

Here are 5 things you can do to motivate yourself to keep building your iLearningGlobal downline.

1. Set realistic goals up front.  Nothing kills motivation like failure.  I set a goal to sell one iLearningGlobal membership per week.  I knew at the end of the year I would have a nice side income.  I surpassed that goal.
2. Write an iLearningGlobal Blog - if you are writing an iLearningGlobal blog, you are not forgetting about the product.
3. Track your stats - If you set up an iLearningGlobal website or an iLearningGlobal blog, track your stats.  Even if you are not getting sales for a few days, it is nice to see you have visitors.
4. Use iLearningGlobal - It is a motivational tool with lots of great videos.  Use it.
5. Keep communicationg with your downline - Feed off of the energy of the new people to keep yourself in a new member state of mind.

When I joined iLearningGlobal, I was skeptical.  I’d never done an MLM before and never planned to do one.  However, I made an exception in this case because I appreciated the product, respected the people involved and it fit well with my existing business.

It has turned out better than expected and I have far exceeded my goals of one new member per week.

However, there are two very important hidden values that are worth knowing about.

#1:  I am meeting great and interesting people that care about personal growth and being successful.  Several new opportunities have come up from the people I initially met from a discussion around iLearning Global.  In the end, these opportunities could be worth many thousands of dollars.  Much the same way that writing a book generated bigger speaking fees, iLearning Global has generated partnership opportunies.

#2:  This is the bigger hidden benefit.  In fact, this benefit is really unmeasurable for me.  Over the past 10 years I have sold products and services created by my business.  I could negotiate on price, and usually did.  Then I started selling iLearningGlobal and I could not negotiate on price.  I had to do better marketing and learn how to highlight the value instead of cut a deal.  I have become a much better salesman because I am successfully selling a product where I cannot change the price or the terms.

Sure, the videos and training will improve your skills.  But the act of helping others and selling the product has been even more educational for me.

iLearningGlobal Internet Marketing - The Truth

I get contacted almost every day asking for information on how to do iLearningGlobal Internet Marketing.

The truth of the matter is that it is not hard to sell iLearningGlobal online or off line.  It is hard to be disciplined and committed to doing anything long term.

If you want to be really successful with iLearningGlobal Internet Marketing - be prepared.  Here are some of the things you will need.

1. You need Internet Marketing tools, such as aWeber, to do a good job of building your email list and automating your sales process.  Spend the money and use the tool - or don’t.  But if you do not, stop acting all surprised that you are not getting results.
2. Buy your own domain and host your own blog.  Sure, do the free one’s too.  They all work together.
3. Produce information about iLearningGlobal Every Day.  Produce links to your main iLearningGlobal website every day.  Just keep doing it, every day.
4. Read about MLM Lead Generation on other sites.
5. Learn about Search Engine Optimization and write with search in mind.
6. Take Action Every Day - The only way to be successful it to take action and keep doing this stuff long term.  Once you are producing really great iLearningGlobal leads and sales, you may be able to slow down a bit.  Until them, you have to earn it by steadily building up your visibility as an iLearningGlobal Independent Marketer.

I can sum up my iLearningGlobal Internet Marketing Strategy in a short comment here.

When people hear Internet Marketing, they often think easy marketing.  That is a huge mistake.  Internet Marketing is scaleable marketing.  Internet Marketing is global marketing.  Internet Marketing can be done with time and/or money - but not easily and cheaply in most cases.

There are so many scams out there saying you can do Internet Marketing the easy, lazy way.  This has created a false sense of it being easy.

Case in point:  We offer lots of free iLearningGlobal Internet Marketing training for our downline.  Yet most people either do not take action, or they give up after one week.  That is because it is not just a matter of setting up a few things and forgetting about it.  At least my own efforts are generating members for my downline - so they get the benefit of my iLearningGlobal Internet Marketing.

iLearningGlobal.tv is a great product and even though I was initially skeptical about reselling iLearningGlobal.tv, I have really warmed up to it.

Luckily for me, before someone joins something like iLearningGlobal.tv they go out on the web and do research.  Because it is still early, I was able to capture a lot of attention on the web and now I get 4-5 phone call a day about iLearningGlobal.tv - plus numerous emails, subscriptions and people that are just signing up.

Unfortunately, there are also many people that join iLearningGlobal.tv and then start looking around for advice on how to market it.  Then they find our website and they have buyers remorse because they wish they would have joined with us.

You cannot switch downlines - you are allowed to have two different accounts.

I have several people in my downline that are actually in two different iLearningGlobal.TV downlines.  They are developing 2nd efforts for parents or kids.  So that is an option.
